Diversity training should be conducted in a live forum every other year, if not annually, depending on turnover rates and whether incidents occur. Keep abreast of LGBTQ community support groups and resources if referrals are requested. Moreover, consider walking your talk by participating in a Pride event–attend a parade, enter a float, or host a happy hour. Employees who feel respected and supported tend to be more loyal to your workforce.
