Mr. Edwards represents individuals, corporations and government entities with experience in contract negotiations and complex commercial litigation in both federal and state court. He has experience in a range of substantive areas, including contracting, employment matters, procurement, commercial issues and litigation arising from property disputes. He frequently advises clients on conflicts arising between Federal Land Agencies and private property owners.
As the Firm’s eDiscovery and Litigation Support Partner, Mr. Edwards through the firm’s Litigation Support services assists businesses and other firms in addressing both small and complex electronic discovery issues.
