All organizations are bound by legal and regulatory constraints. As employment and business lawyers, practicing for a combined 30 years, we’re on top of changing requirements to provide the most up-to-date advice. Our model strives to prevent legal risks from arising, but if they do, we’ve handled them from the board room to the court room, providing our clients with excellent legal services and attention. We value a life balance while at the same time meeting our clients’ needs.

All organizations seek smooth and compliant employment operations from hiring to separation. Understanding how to comply with these laws can be challenging, and the consequences of failing to do so can be costly. The laws impacting Human Resources must be followed or you could face an audit or legal claim. Whether you have an established business or are just beginning, we provide practical advice to help you manage your workforce in an efficient, compliant, and beneficial manner.

Law is an overlay to every aspect of your organization. You may need documents and advice to start a business, keep it going, or dissolve it. While you’re in business, our model strives to prevent or minimize risks, but we also implement strategies to resolve conflict, from internal or regulatory matters to litigation support. From start-ups to expansions, funding options to dissolution, we guide you through all aspects of business from both practical to legal perspectives without losing sight of your goal.

We stay at the forefront of evolving laws and technology so you don’t have to - BUT WE’RE NOT ROBOTS! The legal profession hasn’t always kept apprised of how technology has impacted the nexus between business and law. Relevant data in the workplace is increasing exponentially and properly managing the data is essential to the discovery process, technology assisted review provides a cost efficient and effective solution to spiraling internal investigation and litigation costs.
